All of our product is custom product and we make the item once a buyer order a product. We only receive the return due to our mistake (eg: wrong item, damage item). We can not accept refund or return item due to buyer mistake (eg: wrongly choose the size of product). Items can be exchanged in an unused shape for within 14 days of delivery.

Keep in mind that the displayed photo and printing may not exactly same with the item due to light of photography effect.
